Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund with a 20% restocking fee charge. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)  If you receive an item and decide you don't want it, then buyer pays return shipping and there will be a 20% restocking fee. You will not receive your refund until we receive the product back and process the return. (Could take up to 3 weeks with the time it takes for the item to ship to us, and for the refund to finish processing back into your account.)

If you post the item(s) for sale before you contact us with wanting a return, it will VOID the return and we will not except it. 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. 

PLEASE NOTE: The only USED product that we will take back are the Hidez Masks. There is a 20% restocking fee (since it will be considered used), and buyer pays return shipping. If wanting to return a hidez mask, it must be done within 4 days after being delivered. (We will check delivery date via tracking.)


We ship anywhere, but if you are international please contact us with your your order so we can figure exact shipping. 
We mainly ship USPS which allows us to ship to P.O. Boxes.  Please note the DAC products ship out FedEx direct from the company.

If you order items that are out of stock in our supply room, please be expected to receive your order within 2-3 weeks. Normally not taking near as long as that.
